Working in Title Insurance since 1983, Kim is licensed in PA and NJ and has plenty of experience to help in various situations. Our office can handle settlements in all of PA and NJ. We are also able to handle settlements Nationally as we are underwritten by top National Underwriters Chicago Title and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, and Stewart Title Guaranty Company. Our company prides itself on insuring that the due diligence is done for your property, and making sure that your property is free and clear at closing.
We handle both Residential and Commercial Properties all throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Our Team travels to a wide variety of areas in PA and NJ. We're located in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. Locally we cover Langhorne, Newtown, Levittown, Southampton, Churchville and other areas in Bucks County, Philadelphia County, Collegeville, Phoenixville, Horsham, Plymouth Meeting Montgomery County, Media, Bryn Mawr, Chadds Ford, Delaware County, West Chester, Coatsville, Kennett Square, Exton, Chester County. Local Areas in New Jersey like Trenton, Mercer, Burlington, Ocean County. We love traveling to Atlantic City, and Long Beach Island for Settlements.
