Our office utilizes Qualia, which provides Qualia Connect.  This allows Buyers, Sellers, Realtors, Lenders and Mortgage Brokers the ability to follow along with their files.  This Settlement Services software allows you to securely upload non-public information directly to us your closing agents.  It also allows documents to be securely sent back and forth.  As a borrower or seller you have access to this for years to come, allowing you to download your documents when needed from your transaction or a quick way to request copies.  As Realtors, either Listing Agents or Selling Agents, you will have all your transactions at your finger tips in one login.   Lenders and Mortgage brokers have the same advantages, while being able to fill in who at your company is to receive a copy of the Final Lenders Title Policy, which can be sent securely through our system as well.
