The closing process can seem confusing to.  We're here to make it easy. From the time that you order your Title, to Post Closing, our office is here for every step of the way. 

We start by ordering the search, then we review that search and create the title commitment.  On that commitment are requirements that must be met before we can get to closing, so we take care of that during Title processing.  After that the file goes to closing prep, where we add charges, match with lenders, triple check the file and get ready for closing.  Then it's time for closing! In closing we get all the documents signed and notarized, make sure funds are received and disbursed and ensure that you can enjoy your new home or the proceeds to update from your refinance.  But our job does not stop there, after that is Post Closing, this is the step where our recording specialist will submit your deed, mortgage and any other recordable documents to the county recorders office for them to be recorded on the public record.  After those are recorded, we produce the final owners title policy and the final lenders title policy. Those recordables and policies are then mailed to all the appropriate parties.  During this whole process, we have licensed title agents who review your file through each step and perform a post closing audit to ensure that proper timelines were met and that all conditions to give you clear title have been met!
